The Tomer Eldor Trio blends the intricate rhythms and melodies intrinsic to Middle Eastern & Hebrew music with the broader palette of Jazz and global world music grooves. Our repertoire includes my original jazz compositions shaped by my personal and musical journey, as well as unique adaptations of Hebrew songs and various world tunes.
My collaborations with top jazz & world music artists from around the world - wether in London, like Seckou Keita, Byron Wallen, and Tony Kofi; Israel, like Achinoam Nini and Mira Awad, Ofri Nehemya, BENJA (Tatran, Grammy Winner), Guy Mintus and Maya Gur, and across the world from Argentina (Ligia Piro and A-Saidera Big Band) to India (Featured in the national newspaper "The Hindu") .
The Trio's performances are an exploration of the distinctive melodic and rhythmic qualities that Middle-Eastern jazz offers, coupled with a vocal emphasis that adds a soulful dimension to our sound.
